Yes. Rotary Christmas Puddings are fully cooked and only require reheating for about 3 minutes. They can also be traditionally steamed to reheat. See the Tips/Recipes page.
They are delicious at room temperature as a cake too.
Yes. In 2017, our New Zealand manufacturers ceased producing Christmas puddings in tins. The puddings are now produced in a recyclable plastic bowl which is sealed with foil for excellent freshness. We then package the bowl in an exclusive presentation cardboard cylinder with a lid. It looks superb and makes a very attractive gift.
They have a Best Before date on the pack which is required by law. In general Christmas puddings with dried fruit, sugar and brandy like ours keep well and the flavours mature the longer you leave them.
Rotary Christmas Puddings require cool and dry storage. However, for long-term storage you can store the entire container in your freezer.
