SHIPPING POLICY

 

Orders are Freight Free for quantities of 18 puddings or more.

For orders less than 18, there is a per carton $5 minimum freight charge depending on your location. Freight charges will be confirmed with you before we send your order.

Unfortunately for the rest of the world, we are only delivering to New Zealand addresses.

RETURN POLICY

 

If you change your mind or our product isn't what you expected, please get in touch with us by Email

We will refund unopened packs within 30 days of the purchase date. If your order has been damaged during the delivery, let us know immediately so we can arrange for an exchange.

We do not offer any refund or exchange for puddings that have already been consumed.
